HAPPY NEW YEAR, MARKETING BABES! 

This year, our resolutions are taking the shape of INs and OUTs. Cute right? 

We thought we’d share these guiding principles with you in case you’re still looking for some solid resolution inspo! Once you’ve caught the vibe, we’d love to hear YOUR INs and OUTs and any other ideas you have for us. Let’s leave the meh in 2023 and bring all things *amazing* into 2024 with us.

2024 INs: 

• ALWAYS being more creative than we need to be! 

• More COLOR at shoots 

• Helping our *dream clients* achieve their goals by having kick a$$ socials 

• All the eye-catching, fun reels 

• Treating ourselves (!!!) because we work freaking hard and deserve it 

2024 OUTs:

• Letting others tell us our worth 

• ~boring~ copy 

• Uninventive and repetitive content 

• Bad work/life balance and not getting enough sleep
